The Need

The Campaign to Protect Rural England is an organisation fighting back for our countryside. The organisation is vital to aid: nature and landscapes, better places to live, farming, sustainable transport & climate change. CPRE is a nationwide operation and has a group for each county. Snap was commissioned to put together a series of newspaper adverts along with a social media advertising campaign to advertise CPRE Hampshire & the plight of the countryside and to drive people to sign their petition to keep Hampshire Green.

The Solution

Snaps produced a number of conceptual ideas that would have the most impact on delivering the CPRE message on keeping Hampshire Green and directing people to sign the petition - " Nows your chance - have your say" Snap came up with a series of comparison adverts and images of a lost countryside with varying straplines and emotive headlines - The Social Media campaign had scheduled posts at the most optimal upload times with newspaper advertising, alongside blogs were timed to appear simultaneously to strengthen the message and direct readers to the petition.
